Ms. Divya Gahlot is a qualified legal professional with dual postgraduate degrees in Corporate Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution. Since joining the Mount Olympus Group of Schools in March 2024, she has played a crucial role in shaping the institution’s legal and operational backbone. Her work spans across building and standardizing the school’s legal documentation, including employment contracts, policy frameworks, disciplinary protocols, and regulatory SOPs. Ms. Gahlot also leads the oversight of Human Resources, ensuring compliance in hiring practices, onboarding, performance reviews, and exit procedures—all designed to support a safe, transparent, and professional working environment. As an empanelled arbitrator and a member of the Delhi Bar Association, Ms. Gahlot brings both academic insight and practical experience to her advisory role. She is responsible for drafting and executing MoUs, institutional agreements, and legal documentation for collaborations, ensuring clarity, compliance, and alignment with the school’s vision. Her methodical yet people-centric approach enables her to support strategic decision-making with legal precision. With a deep understanding of education law and internal governance, Ms. Gahlot remains committed to fostering institutional growth that is legally sound, ethically grounded, and operationally efficient.
