Mount Olympus School, Sector 47, Gurugram is led by Ms Alpana Baveja, a passionate educator with around 20 years of rich, diversified leadership experience in prestigious schools across the country. Experienced in different types of curricula including Cambridge, CBSE & ICSE, she is a thought leader in the education domain with a distinctive and innovative approach for fostering learning. Her proven proficiency in launching new schools as Founder Principal and scaling the same as niche’ institutes has been her strength. She has served in esteemed schools like GEMS International School, Army Public School before launching Gyaananda School as its Founder Principal and subsequently leading Euro International School as well as Manav Rachna International School. Ms Alpana Baveja is recipient of several prestigious awards including the ‘Times Achievers of Education Award’; ‘Innovation in Education Award’ and ‘The Best Mentor Educator Award’ by leading national level organisations. She was also recognised as ‘One of Best Principals of India’ in 2021 by India Achievers Club (Estd 1966) and ‘Exceptional Leader in Educational Sector’ by the APAC Network. In her previous tenures, she led schools to win prestigious honours and accolades to include ‘Education World Award for Design Thinking’; ‘Excellence in Futuristic & Life Skills Curriculum’; ‘Design Thinking Leaders’ and ‘Future Proof Learning’ A voracious and published author, her articles have been published by leading Educational journals in the country to include Brainfeed Magazine, IPN Voice and Power Kids Magazine et al.
