Ms.Neha Nagarsheth is a seasoned and passionate educator who sees a career span of 24 years in education and has leadership experience in globally recognised schools across CBSE, ICSE, IB and CAIE curricula. Her educational journey includes stints in esteemed institutions across India. Having served as founder Principal for H3 World School by Anand Niketan group of Schools, Ahmedabad and K R Mangalam Global School, Gurugram Ms.Nagarsheth has played a pivotal role. From being a dynamic Head of the Department, to coordinating the Primary Years Programme, spearheading national and International curricula, guiding as a programme leader, to shaping young minds as a dedicated teacher, her diverse experiences have enriched and broadened her educational repertoire. Her core competencies that cover the gamut of managerial, functional and administrative roles, allowed her to incorporate ingenious ideas in schools to promote holistic learning that is experiential and connects with real life. She has incorporated various strategies to build and strengthen 21st century skills that prepare learners to become global citizens. Ms. Nagarsheth believes that learning can take place ‘ANYTIME, ANYWHERE’; a strategy that she ardently follows, which is also reflected in her keen sense of developing exemplary learning spaces that tinker curiosity and lead to inquiry based learning. She is an IBEN member, International Baccalaureate’s Programme leader in the Asia Pacific Region and is a respected pioneer in curriculum design, pedagogical innovation, and education strategy. She has designed and executed curriculum frameworks for renowned institutions that center around Design Thinking, Inquiry Based learning and Project Based Learning.
