Mini Baijal is a passionate educator and a lifelong learner. She is methodical, detail-oriented and disciplined. A graduate in science with a degree in education and a postgraduate diploma holder in management, Mini has been in this field of edification for more than 18 years. She is a proud founder teacher of Mount Olympus School. As a mentor, she connects various subjects to real-life situations. Demonstrating even the difficult topics with the help of real-life examples makes it easier for her learners to understand the relevance of the content. She believes that each child has a different style of learning and different students likely learn in a multitude of ways. She is a specialist who creates curriculum, teaching methods for different sets of students. She is an encouraging factor, confidence booster and moral supporter for her learners. They benefit from her great problem-solving talents and high intuition in understanding their challenges. She is a good listener and has excellent interpersonal skills, which she uses as a rep to handle learners, administrators, and parents effectively. She believes in the holistic development of the child.
