Marking the new beginnings with orientation for the academic session 2023-24. The day started with a ‘Hawan’ performed by students, teachers, mentors and parents. The Chief Guest Mrs Sonia Relia, author of Oxford Publications, graced the occasion and held a parenting workshop. Ganesh Vandana, welcome song and dance were presented by the students to announce a great start. The ceremony was initiated with the illuminous presence of our honourable Chairman, Mr. D.S.Saini and Principal Ms. Alpana Bavejaa.
Shooting Club trains it’s shooters in increasing strength, stamina, hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills. The Club provides an extensive platform for participation in various national and International competitions.
The club helps the students develop not only the physical strength but mental strength too. Through training the Archers learn accuracy which makes it a fun and easy way to improve hand eye coordination skills, upper body strength, core stability and balance.
We understand the importance of traditional sports as an essential element of the intangible heritage of humanity. Pitthu, gullidanda, chupam-chupai, kabaddi, kho-kho, odd one out are some of the traditional sports taught in school.
The board games are not just fun but provides students with opportunity to apply concepts that they have learned. Ludo and chess are widely practiced.
The students gain the knowledge and expertise in classical, folk, regional and international dance forms.
Skating is a great way to improve balance and coordination. It helps children build their endurance at a young age. The club trains students in nuances of skating like- how to stop and start smoothly, how to control speed, direction etc.
The Gymnastics club recognizes the importance and immense value of freedom to express one's self especially in Gymnastics. It promotes all-round physical development, muscular strength, joint flexibility, balance, coordination and core strength required for everyday living.
Zumba is fun. It involves the entire body’s movement and improves metabolism. Zumba and dance club focuses on cardio and strength workouts that offer all round fitness for everyone.
Cricket is a good sport for developing over all fitness, stamina and hand-eye coordination. It helps in Coordination between bowler and batsman, builds self-confidence and promotes team building skills. Students develop motor skills like bowling, batting and catching. It improves cardiovascular activity like showing and sprinting across the field.
Chess improves concentration and memory. It boosts planning skills and attention span. The Chess club in Mount Olympus School improves children's visual memory, and spatial-reasoning ability by allowing them to play under the observation of trained chess coach.
Soccer is the most popular game that helps to gain muscle strength, and stamina which help injury prevention and improving the overall health. The soccer club trains the students in accurate ball passing and greater ball control.

At the MUN Club, The Mount Olympians learn about the world as they prepare for MUN conferences, represent countries other than their own ,and present possible solution to global problems. Students develop public speaking skills, problem solving skills, analytical skills, leadership skills and confidence. They get acquainted with global issues, learn diplomacy and negotiation skills.
The Debate club at MOS promotes problem-solving, critical and innovative thinking, and helps the students to build links between words and ideas that make concepts more meaningful. Through Debates the students learn to manage eye contact, effective gestures, poise, presentation skills and confidence.
Whenever a song is played, one needs to track the time, read notes, process key changes and ensure the pitch thus developing cognitive skills. Here at the Band club the activities support efficient brain processing, provide opportunities for socialization, encourage self-expression and help in lowering the stress level.
Bloggers Club explores the passion of writing in a student and thus refines their writing skills. Blogging develops students’ analytical thinking, promotes self-expression, creativity and enhances learning to a higher level.
Calligraphy is the art of forming beautiful symbols, letters and words by hand and arranging them well. Calligraphy stimulates neural activity. Through Calligraphy club Mount Olympians develop good handwriting, improve concentration, become more artistic and creative.
Mind Games club includes brain tricks to solve unique problems. Here at MOS brain training games are designed to test and develop the memory with a range of different games and challenges. It encourages students to have an out of the box thinking and develop fine cognitive skills.
Magic Club includes scientific tricks and experiments to nurture student’s curiosity and assist in their brain development. The experiments in this club help Mount Olympians to understand fundamental concepts of science.
Clay modelling enriches sculpting skills in students while allowing fun, communication and sharing. This play-based learning improves fine motor skills, and hand-eye coordination also enhances creativity.
Here at MOS we understand the importance of healthy skin, hair and body which is the most precious gift of God. The Makeup Club guides the students about healthy ways of maintaining the inner and outer beauty of the body through extensive natural care and using the safest makeup products.
The Cuisine Club aims to encourage Mount Olympians to have an understanding of food hygiene, food safety and world cuisines. The students also learn life skills like eating healthy, budgeting and cleaning.
The club aims to generate a passion for quizzes amongst the students. It helps them to acquire knowledge and encourages them to take part in competitive examinations at all levels.

‘Dressed to the nines’, the outgoing batch saw a warm and enthusiastic welcome. Teachers along with students poured their hearts out on organizing this ceremonial adieu.
It was a rollercoaster ride of emotions from excited hearts to teary eyes to lump in the throat looking back and carrying forward with a bag full of memories and lessons.The passing out students took to their school stage for one last time-to share their journey full of life lessons and memories, to thank their alma mater for providing them innumerable opportunities to shape their personalities and to enjoy the foot tapping music, fun games and sumptuous food the cultural extravaganza by students and the surprise from the teachers that served as the icing on the cake.
Mount Olympus School hosted 1000+ students, 120+ teachers from 45+ schools of Gurgaon. The school campus reverberated with the enthusiasm of multi-skilled scholars from prestigious schools across Gurgaon at the MOUNT VISTA’23 - An Inter School Performing and Visual Arts Competition that showcased splendid performances in events Commedia Dell’ Arte (Nukkad Natak), Danza (dance), Raagmataaz (song) and Maschera (fancy dress). Participants astounded with their creativity and unique presentations on the theme – ‘Nation First, Always First’.
As part of the Comprehensive Career Guidance Program a career guidance session was conducted by renowned career coach and mentor Mr. Abhishek Gupta from High School Moms, Gurgaon on 20.02.2023, Thursday for learners of grade IX-XII.
Learners were enthralled by the way Mr. Gupta simplified important aspects related to career guidance and choices with valuable information and a dash of humor. Learners were encouraged to start early, plan, build awareness, engage in exploration and then take an informed decision. Mr.Gupta spoke about not only career readiness but also life readiness with focus on skills required for the 21st C.
Mount Olympus School, Gurgaon held it’s Investiture Ceremony on 22nd July 2023 to bestow students the gift of responsibility of leading the school with honour. Principal, Ms. Alpana Bavejaa announced the opening of the august ceremony. She commenced by reminding students about how ‘great power comes with great responsibility.’ The Chief Guest of the ceremony Shri Hitesh Kumar Meena, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Gurgaon, Vice-Chairman-Mr. Jasbir Saini, CEO-Ms. Monieka Khanna graced the occasion with their presence to encourage the young leaders of tomorrow. She extended a hearty welcome to the proud parents of the students ready to take the solemn oath.
